Core Assets are the UK’s largest independent fostering agency they provide high quality fostering services for local authorities and ensure they provide better outcomes for looked after children. Our partner SCC introduced Amtech Business Solutions to us in 2014, and since then we have forged a strong relationship that has grown from strength to strength over the years.

 Core Assets partnered with Amtech in 2014 as we wanted to improve the service we were offering and we knew this could be done with the right technology. Core Assets initially required Amtech to look at a specific problem in our technical centre, from looking at the problem they were able to suggest the required upgrades needed for our systems and to then design and integrate the solution to support all of our sites nationally.


We were recommended to use Amtech from SCC as Amtech have the technical expertise and knowledge that we needed in Cisco call manager and collaboration for all our call centres. Through conducting a technical audit Amtech were able to address what we were currently using and to then customise and improve our solution. They provided us with consultancy on our network set up and offered an onsite workshop, which developed our in house team to progress further.


Amtech Business Solutions continue to provide us with essential technical support which allows us to develop and improve our customer service across all our sites. Their recommendation of utilising VSR2 wall board has lead us to gain vital data and statistics in real time and historical reporting which is used with in the call centres and remotely at director level. Amtech has been a great asset to us over the past two years and we will continue to grow our partnership in the future.
