Our Story

We're changing how businesses communicate

Although we were only founded in 2014, we have a long legacy of telephony and unified communications experience.

Our senior management team have held key positions at systems integrators both large and small, and at enterprise organisations.

The reason we were founded was to take all of the lessons learned from those engagements and use them to help us to deliver better services and solutions to our customers and end-users. And to change the way business communicates across the UK.

With a blend of technical and business skills, all of our projects are managed using the PRINCE2 methodology and are bespoke to the particular project we are working on.

Our engineers and consultants all understand the process involved from starting up a project through to closing a project. And then so many of our customers stay with us moving forward because our support and managed services teams follow the ITIL methodology for service delivery.

This ensures that there is a consistent end user experience and all aspects of service delivery are covered.
