Tell us a little bit about how Amtech helped you with the issues you were experiencing with your previous provider?
“We had talked about moving our physical phones and switching over to soft phones. When we told Amtech that we need it delivered in less than a week, Dave from Amtech said ‘no problem’ and it happened, with no issues. It was quite insane, but we did it and from day one they’ve been contactable.”
“Prior to this we had old Polycom equipment and we needed to move forward as we’ve got people all over the world that we need to connect to (different customers and suppliers), so we needed a platform that would do that seamlessly without too much difficulty. We went through a few different solutions with Amtech and went for Cisco Webex.”
Why is Amtech important to how you operate and who you are as a business?
“They’re trustworthy – trust is one of our core values, collaboration is another one and they’re also very collaborative. Performance as well – they’ve never let us down. The system is up 99.9% of the time and any queries are dealt with quickly.”

And what do you have installed now?
“We’ve now got a hybrid video conferencing system where you can book a virtual conferencing room, where you can use touchscreens and whiteboards with all of your teams across sites. There’s also the option to sit at your desk in your office or work from home and have a Webex call, it’s an amazing tool that Dave has helped us to deliver all the way through. We’ve received good direction from Amtech on which way to go.”
